Our NY personal injury lawyers have the necessary experience to handle a variety of cases. Clients commonly take advantage of our experience as construction accident attorneys or bicycle accident lawyers.
We also regularly help our clients recover compensation for damages following a motorcycle, truck, and car accident. We also help with slip-and-fall accidents or premises liability. Our experience even extends to medical malpractice, injury from harmful prescription drugs or medical devices, and wrongful death suits.
Even if your personal injury lawsuit does not easily fall into one of those categories, we encourage you to reach out to our personal injury law firm. We offer free consultations, giving you a chance to confirm that our firm can handle your case.
We pride ourselves on always taking an individualized approach to personal injury cases. Thus, even the smallest variation in your case may affect our strategy or calculations of your damages.
Our experience allows us to take this unique approach to every situation. Most of our new cases build on our experience from several different past cases.
In many situations, that experience reinforced the knowledge or strategies we already used. In others, they bring new arguments to the forefront, letting us use those strategies to your advantage.
Throughout all of our services at Abrams & Associates, P.C. we aim to build a good attorney-client relationship and reduce your stress.
We, unfortunately, cannot help you heal faster, whether emotionally or physically. But we can help you get the financial compensation you need to allow for that healing.
Our careful assessment of the damages you are entitled to in your personal injury claims, for example, is designed to minimize your future stress. You shouldn’t have to worry about medical bills, physical therapy costs, or the cost of counseling.
We don’t want you to feel forced to get back to work before you are physically well enough to put food on the table or pay rent.
Every single one of our services works toward the same goal of reducing your stress. You don’t have to look up New York state laws or local Hollis laws, as our team already knows them.
You don’t have to gather documents, fill out forms, or worry about meeting deadlines – an Abrams Law personal injury attorney will do that. Moreover, you don’t have to try to negotiate with the other party or insurance company or represent yourself in court.
Simply put, our Hollis law firm will handle everything for you, so you can focus on mentally and physically healing to the best of your ability.
Hollis is a neighborhood in southeastern Queens, New York City. It is primarily residential and has a population of about 25,000.
As you step off the subway in Hollis, you’ll see houses and trees lined up. It’s a quiet neighborhood and ranks as #14 of the most diverse neighborhoods in New York City.
Hollis was purchased by the Dutch in 1656. Frederick Dunton, the last Supervisor of the Town of Jamaica, wanted to name the area “Woodhull.” He was a general who had been captured in the area by the British. However, to avoid confusion with another area named Woodhull in Steuben County, Dunton named it Hollis, after his birthplace in England.
Although Hollis is a residential neighborhood, there are some things to do in the area. Here are some ideas:
